Fire destroyed the original church including all the contents (date unknown) and most of the records for the existing graves at that time were also destroyed.
Over time the graves have been gradually deteriorating and members from The Huonville Community Church have been actively searching existing records to catalogue all the graves at the site. A number of graves are unmarked and as such we have no details of the people buried.
Our goal is to have complete and accurate records of the site.
To facilitate this we are publishing a list that we have compiled to date. We request that if any family member/s are able to provide additional information to help with the cataloging this would be greatly appreciated.
We may even receive information in regards to the unmarked graves.
Please click on the Cemetery PDF file below to view the list and contact us if you have any further information that can help us as we endeavor to build this catalogue for future generations.
The Huonville community Church also has a Memorial Wall located at the site of the church (see Contact page) and details of this wall will be added in the future.
